Umas da coisas que mais curtir conhecer durante a minha estadia longe de casa foi esse projeto.

É um projeto que produz filmes para nossas empoeiradas, amadas e lindas Polaroids.

A minha eu comprei em Londres - PortoBello Market - . É uma Sx-70.. então os filmes são bem difíceis de encontrar por aí. Comprei alguns por Londres mesmo e outros pedi por esse site. Chegou tudo certinho e lindinho. É verdade que houve uma pequena grande polêmica, alguns filmes estavam sumindo as imagens muito rapidamente, ou fazendo surgir manchas... É um risco que se corre, mas pelo menos pra mim valeu muito a pena, perdi duas caixas, mas fotografei várias outras. Rodar a Europa com pessoas que eu amo e uma Polaroid do lado não teve preço. Depois as fotografias que fiz participaram de uma exposição no Palacete Viscondes de Balsemão aqui no Porto.

O Projeto vende filmes em quase todos os fomatos, vez ou outra vendem também edições especiais de Polaroids. Além da parte comercial promovem exposições e apoiam outros projetos.

One of the things I enjoyed most during my stay away from home was this project.

It is a project that produces films for our dusty, loved and beautiful Polaroids.

I bought mine in London - Portobello Market -. It's an SX-70 .. the films are hard to find... I bought some in London as well and others i ordered by that site. Everything arrived just fine and great. It is true that there was a great little controversy, some films were fading images very quickly, or having another kind of problems... It is a chance you take, but at least for me it was great! Even losing two boxes, I photographed several others. Travel around to Europe with people that I love and a Polaroid it was perfect. The photographs that I took made part of an exhibition at the Palace of the Viscounts Balsemão here in Porto.

The project sells movies in almost every fomat, occasionally also sells special editions of Polaroids. Besides the commercial, the promote exhibitions and support other projects.

The Impossible Project won me over. ;)

Diana Mini "Love is in the Air"

A Lomo está lançando duas câmeras especiais de dia dos Namorados (aqui na gringolândia é dia 14 de fevereiro) e uma delas ganhou meu coração!

Diana Mini "Love is in the Air" edition! Eu já queria comprar uma lomo que fosse 35 mm, pq a que eu uso é a Diana F+. E para além disso ela já vem com o Flash! \o/

Dust Lane

Um dia destes fui a Fnac e fiquei por lá ouvindo alguns cd's aleatórios... Um deles me conquistou primeiro pela capa, depois quando identifiquei quem era o músico, e depois quando escutei as músicas.

O cd Dust Lane do Yann Tiersen foi lançando em Outubro de 2010, é um cd diferente para o artista, que perdeu a mãe e um amigo muito próximo durante os dois anos que passou gravando esse cd. Nas músicas novas ele experimenta coisas diferentes, como sintetizadores, guitarras e texturas analógicas tudo junto e misturado. Dá até pra sentir uma pequena influência do produtor desse cd que é o mesmo que produz Sigur Rós.

Yann Tiersen é um músico já conhecido por muitas pessoas, principalmente depois da trilha que fez para o Filme Goodbye Lenine e Amelie Poulain.

Other day I was at Fnac and stayed there listening to some random cd's there ... One of them attracted me first by its cover, then when I realized who was the musician, and then when I heard the songs.

The album's Dust Lane Yann Tiersen was released in October 2010, is a different cd for the artist, who lost her mother and a close friend during the two years he spent recording this album. In his new songs he attempted different things, such as synthesizers, guitars and analog textures and mixed it all together. You can almost feel a little influence from the producer of this cd which is the same that produces Sigur Rós.

Yann Tiersen is a musician already known by many people, especially after the soundtrack he made for the movie Goodbye Lenin and Amelie Poulain.
